Reversible Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Pendant

This is 2 pendants in 1! One side has round saphires with a few small round diamnds while the other side is entirely round diamonds, giving the pendant a total diamond weight of 0.10 carats. Saphire side is mostl yellow gold, but the diamond side is mostl white gold. Pendant weighs 2.1 grams of 10 karat gold.
